Cross country ski course

Want to learn how to ski. Here's a chance to learn the basics in cross country ski.

Beginner Level

• Intended for skiers who have never or very little experience in cross-country skiing
• Topics covered: Weight transfer, use of arms and synchronization, skiing posture and use of poles
• Please note that the content of the course may vary depending on the experience of the participant(s).
• Objective: Introduce the participant to cross-country skiing. Have fun skiing efficiently and safely.

Whats included

• Ski rental equipment 
• 1 pair of hot hand warmers per participant

What to bring:

-Extra pair of glove

-Hot hand warmers and foot warmers if needed 

-Light backpack or hippack 

-Water and light snack 

*Layer your clothing and dress in appropraite winter wear. We suggest you wear a base layer and shell, avoid over dressing as this may cause you to sweat.
