Be part of a new tradition this Thanksgiving – give thanks to nature!

Join us for a day of gratitude and connection at our Thanks to Nature event/Grâce à la nature , designed to help us slow down and appreciate the beauty and importance of nature in our lives. Held every Thanksgiving Sunday, Grâce à la nature is your opportunity to reconnect with the natural world and reflect on the many ways it nurtures us.

In partnership with SNAP Quebec and Grâce à la nature, we invite you to explore Nature

Age: 0+

Location: Bois de Leisse Nature Park

Time: Go at your own pace and be guided through the forest on this connection trail. Average trail time is approx 1.5 hours to complete.

10:00am-3:00pm

What's Included:

Connection Trail, featuring immersive activities that encourage you to engage deeply with nature:

• Wish Tree Station – Write a wish for the planet and hang it on our tree.

• Hug a Tree Stations – Show your gratitude with a gentle hug.

• Vitamin N Station – Recharge by absorbing nature’s calming energy.

• Slowdown Zone – Take time to slow down and walk at nature’s pace.

• Book Station – At the end of the day, leave a note expressing your thanks to nature.

What to bring:

• Dress in layers  3 layers Base layer (long sleeve dry fit or merino wool)  Mid layer (fleece or breathable sweater)  Outer layer (wind breaker, waterproof jacket)

• Gloves and Hat/ neck warmer

• Extra pair of socks

• Light backpack or hip pack

• Water and light healthy snack
