+ About Hike MTL

At Hike MTL, we're changing the face of leadership outdoors by offering transformative experiences designed to empower and destigmatize BIPOC and marginalized communities. Our activities range from group excursions in nature to educational workshops on environmental conservation.

+ Role Overview

As a Guide at Hike MTL, you will lead diverse groups through a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, climbing, kayaking, and more. You will provide educational insights, ensure safety, and promote an inclusive, empowering experience for participants, particularly from BIPOC and marginalized communities.

+ Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in guiding outdoor activities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • First Aid and CPR certified.

  • Passionate about inclusion and experienced in working with diverse groups.

+ Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct and lead outdoor activities ensuring safety and engagement.

  • Educate participants on environmental conservation and outdoor skills.

  • Customize experiences to meet the needs and skill levels of participants.

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, emphasizing the company’s mission.
